PURPOSE:To prevent the work of stress due to the tensile load from the external part and to prevent the destruction of a junction part by giving a compression load on a dissimilar material joining part with a locking bolt so that the compression stress can work at the specified spreading angle for the inner part of the dissimilar material joining part. CONSTITUTION:The bulging parts 1a, 2a having increased a pipe diameter are respectively provided on the junction position of a piping 1 and 2. A bolt locking load P is made to be applied on the respective load transmission face A, B of these bulging parts 1a, 2a. A locking bolt position, etc. are now set so as to work the compression stress at the spreading angle (theta=<=90 deg.) of about 60 deg. for the inner part of the dissimilar material joining part. In this way, the tensile stress from the external part is canceled and the tensile stress becomes hardly working and the junction joint of high reliability is obtd.
