PURPOSE:To attain the time-division use of a single program tracing device by arranging the conflict of program tracing request given from plural terminal equipments. CONSTITUTION:If a program tracing request accepting part 4 receives the program tracing requests from plural terminal equipments at a time, the part 4 sends these program tracing request signals to a conflict arranging part 5 for selection one of those tracing requests. The result of the conflict arrangement to a request acceptable/unacceptable signal returning part 6. Then the part 6 sends the tracing request acceptable signal to the terminal equipment 2 that delivered the tracing request selected by the part 5 and then the tracing request unacceptable signal to the equipment 2 that is not selected respectively.
