PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a reset terminal by using a bypass capacitor for an analog ground connected between an analog ground terminal and a ground terminal as a capacitor for forming a reset signal. CONSTITUTION:An internal analog circuit ALG is connected to an analog signal input terminal AIN and an analog ground terminal AG and to an internal logic circuit LGC2. A power supply E is connected to a power terminal Vcc, and in order to maximize the dynamic range of an analog signal, a potential of the power terminal Vcc is divided equally into two by resistors R2, R3 and an analog ground bypass capacitor C2 is connected to the analog ground terminal AG and the power ground terminal G. An output line of an externally mounted analog circuit XCT is connected to the terminal AIN and the circuit XCT receives an analog signal from an input line A and is connected to the terminal AG similarly as the circuit ALG.
