PURPOSE:To surely prevent impossibility in suction by constituting a fuel suction port with an opening opened in the side face and a partial injection arranged leaving space along the periphery of the opening in the above-mentioned mechanism for vehicle. CONSTITUTION:Even in the case where flat foreign matter adhered to the main suction port 10 of a suction port 3 and thereby the main suction port 10 is blocked, a notched opening 12 opened in a tube side face 11 is open, so fuel is sucked through this opening 12 and fuel supply is maintained. Further even though a sheet-shaped soft substance S twined round it, it would twine only round partial injections and partial flanges 14 which are provide leaving space on the tube side fall and the full block of the notched opening 12 is avoided and fuel suction can be secured. In this way impossibility in suction can be completely prevented.
