发明名称 TORQUE CIRCULATION REDUCING METHOD FOR ROLLER LEVELER
摘要 PURPOSE:To miniaturize the equipment by arranging an independent driving unit on each roll group as well as by dividing a leveling roll into plural groups, further by keeping the tension among roll groups to the prescribed value by controlling the speed of each roll group. CONSTITUTION:The motors 7a, 7b, 7c for driving and pinion stands 9a, 9b, 9c are equipped on each group by dividing leveling rolls 1, 2 into three groups. The load measuring instruments 12a, 12b of a load cell, etc., are arranged among respective chocks 11a, 11b, 11c. While under straightening of a strip plate 4 by the rolls 1, 2, the tension among each roll group is measured by measuring instruments 12a, 12b and the motors 7a, 7b, 7c are subjected to a feedback control so that the measured value becomes zero. In this way the torque circulation among rolls is reduced and each roll can be made in smaller diameter. Consequently the leveler equipment can be miniaturized.
