PURPOSE:To improve withstand voltage to suppress partial discharge deterioration, by insulating layer intervals of element wires with a porous insulator and SF6 gas superior in electrical performance. CONSTITUTION:A structural material, in which a porous insulator 23 is inserted into layer intervals of a coil 2 composing a molded transformer, is fixed on a mold. After the whole mold is carried into a tank and its inside is vacuumized, the SF6 gas is supplied to be immersed into a space part of the porous insulator 23 and a liquid organic insulator 1 is injected into the mold to be hardened. And, withstand voltage of the coil 2 in the molded transformer is improved by nonwoven fabrics 13 and the insulator 23 to suppress deterioration in partial discharge.
