PURPOSE:To understand the contents of plural simultaneously performed conferences and to attend instantaneously at the optional conference by providing a means for outputting data relating to the plural simultaneously performed conferences and an operation input means or the like. CONSTITUTION:A controller 900 displays the animation data of the plural conferences fed from a transmitter 700 on a graphic display device (2)350. Namely, the controller 900 divides the picture of the device 350, displays the state of the conference note or the like of all the conferences proceeding at the same time on the respective pictures and displays a superimpose indicting the code name or the like of the respective conferences on the divided pictures. When the person understanding the proceeding of the conference desires to attend any conference instantaneously, the code name or the like of the conference desired to be attended is inputted from an operation input device 850, thereby a line is connected through the controller 900. Thereby, the contents of the plural conferences which are simultaneously carried out can be understood and the optional conference can be attended.
