PURPOSE:To change the talking state over the communication state by providing a MODEM circuit and a network control circuit between an electronic computer and a public communication line network so as to input a command form from a keyboard of a data terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:A telephone set 29 calls a communication party and communication is transited after the confirmation is taken by talking. The changeover to the communication from a keyboard of a data terminal equipment 28 is instructed by the command form. An electronic computer 23 detects it and a text is sent to a MODEM 20 via a V.24 100 series interface 25a. In receiving the sent test by a MODEM 20, a transmission control character is recovered by a reception circuit 25 and an information processing circuit 26 and a line connection command are recognized. Thus, a changeover circuit 27 switches the connection with a public communication circuit network 24 from the talking state into the communication state.
