PURPOSE:To provide a manufacture of a slip-proof net whose cost is low and production efficiency is high, by a method wherein a slip-proof net body released from a premolding template is fitted in a molding mesh groove provided in a recessed state on a vulcanization press mold to which hot pressing is applied. CONSTITUTION:A filament material 1 which has been molded through extrusion by coating unvulcanized rubber 1b round a stringlike core material 1a is stretched around the inside of a mesh groove 34 of a premolding template 31 and a slip-proof net body (b') is braided on the inside of the same groove 34. At the time of temporary fastening of each of crossing parts of the net body (b'), a protruded line 36 of a press plate 35 is fitted in the mesh groove 34 of the premolding template 31 and both the plates 31, 35 are pressed by a pressing machine for an appropriate period of time. With this construction, unvulcanized rubber 1b layers of both the filament materials 1 are fastened temporarily by sticking each other and a shape is kept on. After the slip-proof net body (b') has been fitted in the inside of a molding mesh groove 42 of a vulcanization press mold 41, a hot plate 43 to be heated by steam is pressed by making the same push and press and the same is finished into a predetermined form while the same is being made to vulcanize. |
