PURPOSE:To decide the relation of positions, forms, etc. of the cubic structures of both a 3-dimensional X-ray photographed image of such linear structure like blood vessel that can not be reformed directly into a 3-dimentional structure and the 3-dimensional image data after reforming the X-ray image of said linear structure into the 3-dimensional structure and then burying it into 3-dimensional image data in a body. CONSTITUTION:A linear structure is reformed as shown in the figure that includes line sources S1 and S2, X-ray image pickup devices F1 and F2, and markers M1-M4 serving as the positioning standards respectively. Here the running routes of blood vessels, etc. of a desired area are produced in the form of 2-dimensional running route data by means of a digitizer, etc. from two sheets of X-ray images picked up in two directions orthogonal to each other. Then the corresponding relation of each part between both running route data is designated to obtain the 3-dimensional coordinates of the relevant point. Based on this 3-dimensional coordinates, a 3-dimensional running route is obtained. This route is developed into the 3-dimensional picture element data by securing coincidence of the positions, sizes and directions between both data and then buried into the 3-dimensional picture data for production of 3-dimensional image data where both data are unified. Thus the cubic position relation is obtained between both X-ray images with use of said 3-dimensional image data. |
