PURPOSE:To surely position a work to execute plastic deformation for a circumferential part, by arranging a stopper, which is shiftable vertically between a positioning device at the upper side and an escape position at the lower side, and descending the stopper toward the escape position at the lower side by descent of a vertical shifting body to deform plastically. CONSTITUTION:The stopper 18, which is shiftable vertically between the positioning device at the upper side, abutted on the front end of a work W along a charging direction 3 and the escape position at the lower side, releasing the abutting state, is arranged at a side of a fixed mold 2, and in the ascendent state for the vertical shifting body 4, the stopper 18 is also at the ascendent positioning by a driving pin 20. In this condition, at the time of charging and laying the work W on the fixing mold 2, the front end of the work W is positioned as abutting on the stopper 18. Then, at the time of descending the vertical shifting body 4, the driving pin 20 is pushed toward the lower side, and so the stopper 18 is descended toward the escaping position at the lower side, to execute the plastic deformation for the circumferential part of the work W.
