PURPOSE:To reduce extremely the Early's effect and also to decrease greatly the oscillations with a Widler type constant current circuit, by adding a resistance and a voltage level shift element. CONSTITUTION:The emitter of a feedback transistor TRQ18 is grounded via resistance R16. These TRQ18 and R16 from a modified emitter-grounded circuit for reduction of the gains. Therefore the oscillations can be greatly decreased. In addition, the emitter potential of a TRAQ19 rises up owing to insertion of the R16. While a voltage level shift element 10 consisting of a series circuit of diodes D1 and D2 is set between the collector and the base of a TRQ20 in response to the rise of the emitter potential of the TRQ19. Thus the coincidence is secured between both collector potentials of the TRQ19 and Q20. This reduce extremely the Early's effect.
