PURPOSE:To bring reference potential to each comparator close to ideal potential by a method wherein a resistor consisting of a large number of reference resistors is bent at a predetermined section, and one and the other reference voltage applied terminals of the resistor are mounted at extremely near positions. CONSTITUTION:The comparators 1-128 are arranged on alternate one from small number from the terminal VRT side, and the comparators 129-256 are disposed on alternate one from small number from a bending point A of the resistor while being arranged in order in the direction reverse to the comparators 1-128. The resistors up to a terminal VRB from the bending point A and the terminal VRT from the bending point A are brought near in parallel in the reference resistors R1-R256, and the terminals VRT and VRB are also brought close. Accordingly, resistance value between the terminal VRT and the point A and between the terminal VRB and the point A is equal, and the accuracy of reference voltage obtained from the resistors can be increased. |
