PURPOSE:To prevent a parting line from generating on the surface, by a method wherein an elastic material layer forming a cavity mold corresponding to a core mold is formed and a granular or powdery thing such as a glass beads are used as a backing layer of the elastic material layer. CONSTITUTION:An elastic material layer 18 is set up on the inside of a box material 16 constituted of a frame materials 14, 15 and a cavity mold 12 is constituted by forming a backing layer 13 by filling out a granular or powdery thing in a space between the box material 16 and the elastic material layer 18. Then after a core mold 11 and the cavity 12 wherein an insert member 8 has been set up have been clamped the elastic material layer 18 is made to suck to the backing layer 13 by sucking through suction port 19, a foamable urethane resin material is foamed by filling the inside of the cavity with the same under this condition and a molded article 7 is obtained. As for the granular or powdery thing, for example, glass beads or a thing obtained by incorporating epoxy resin particles, sintered metallic particles and porous ceramic particles with the glass beads are used. The elastic material layer 18 is formed of a sheet material having flexibility which is composed of NBR. |
