The current source circuit comprises a first enhancement mode field effect transistor (T3) arranged as a current source. A drive voltage (Vgs) which is generated by a second depletion mode field effect transistor (T1) and a third depletion mode field effect transistor (T2) is applied to the drive electrode of this first transistor (T3). The drive voltage (Vgs) is such that the output current (Iref) of the first trnasistor (T1) is independent of temperature variations to a great extent.
