摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To adds and subtract plural measured voltages by one instrument without being restricted by the spatial position of a voltage measurement point by connecting plural optical voltage measurement parts in series by an optical fiber and applying voltages to be measured to respective parts. CONSTITUTION:The optical voltage measurement parts 15a-15c consists of electrooptic crystals 6a-6c having Pockels effect, polarizers 4a-4c, analyzers 7a-7c, and 1/4-wavelength plates 5a-5c, and impose intensity modulation upon light in proportion to the applied voltages V1-V3 to be measured. Further, the optical voltage measurement parts 15a-15c are connected in series through optical fibers 2, 16, 17, and 18 and impose light intensity modulation upon light incident from a light emission part 1 in order and the modulated signal is converted by an optical receiving part 19 into an electric signal. Consequently, The voltages V1-V3 to be measured which are applied to the optical voltage measurement parts 15a-15c are added and subtracted optically.</p>
