PURPOSE:To keep a lateral balance in weight even upon turning a vehicle body and improve the safety, by making the centers between right and left wheels on the axes of front and rear axles substantially coincide with the centers of gravity of front and rear vehicle bodies. CONSTITUTION:When a steering wheel 26 is operated, a valve is operated to expand and contract a turning cylinder 24, thereby turning a front vehicle body 10 about a vertical shaft 14 relative to a rear vehicle body 11. The centers between right and left wheels on the axes of front and rear axles 19 and 22 substantially coincide with the centers of gravity W1 and W2 of the front and rear vehicle bodies 10 and 11. Accordingly, when the vehicle body is turned, the centers of gravity W1 and W2 lie on a segment 34 connecting the centers between the wheels, thus avoiding that a center of gravity of the vehicle body is shifted laterally.
