PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency in bending by providing a long sized press rod in the feeding direction of the material to be worked, by arranging a holding device and axial line bending device as well and by inputting the material to be worked in order to the axial line bending device via the press rod. CONSTITUTION:A long sized press rod 20 is provided movably before and behind at the rear part of the feeding device 10 of the material M to be worked and the holding device 30 to support the material M to be worked slidably and axial line bending device 40 are arranged as well at the front of the feeding direction X. In case of a driving cylinder 14 receiving the feed command of the material M to be worked, a pusher 13 advances by holding the material M to be worked and with the advance of the press rod 20 the material M to be worked is fed into the axial line bending device 40 via the holding device 30. The device 40 then performs a bending and a reversible motor 24 retreats the press rod 20 for the succeeding material M to be worked. In this way the bending efficiency of the material M to be worked can be improved.
