PURPOSE:To adjust angle of a magnetic head in two directions simultaneously and prevent change of height of the head of angle adjustment by providing the first supporting member that supports the magnetic head, the second supporting member that supports the first supporting member and energizing means of the two supporting members. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic head 12 is attached and supported to the first supporting member 28 to make the gap of the magnetic head 12 positioned near the center of spherical face of a spherical part 28a. The first supporting member 28 is supported in abutting on the second supporting member 21 with the spherical part 28a, and the first supporting member 28 and the second supporting member 21 are energized by an energizing means to bring them into press-contact with each other. Accordingly, by rotating the first supporting member 28 keeping the spherical part 28a of the first supporting member 28 in contact with the second supporting member 21, angles theta1, theta2 of the magnetic head 12 can be adjusted, and the gap of the magnetic head 12 is positioned near the center 28c of the spherical face of the spherical part 28a. Thus, relative position of the magnetic head does not change, and the height (h) also does not change.
