PURPOSE:To enable the injection of a correct amount of reagent by making a second shell section of a distributing machine slide in reciprocation over a first shell section. CONSTITUTION:For example, this distributing machine has a piping connected to a pipe 5 linked to a through hole 8 extending to a reagent supply section and a piping connected to a pipe 4 linked to a through hole 7 extending to a receptor holding material to be inspected. A pipe 3 linked to a through hole 6 is connected to a plunger or the like through a piping. In operation, first, with the through hole 6 communicating with the through hole 8 by way of a first groove 10 and a second groove 12, a reagent is pooled once on the plunger side of this distributing machine by a sucking action of the plunger. Then, a second shell section 2 is slid to make the through holes 6 and 7 communicating through both the grooves 10 and 12 by a working means engaged with an arm 13 so that the reagent will be forced out from the plunger side to be injected to a receptor. In this manner, the shell section 2 moves traversing a passage to control a flow of the reagent thereby achieving a higher accuracy in the amount of thereof. |
