PURPOSE:To eliminate an influence to an automatic facility by providing a structure that an escape hole and a cutout of a tie bar cutting punch are formed at a lead terminal, an escape hole of a punch for cutting is formed for the lead terminal and simultaneously a thinning lead terminal is connected with a frame body even after cutting and forming leads. CONSTITUTION:A tie bar 3 connected with a lead frame body 1, an escape hole and a cutout 4 at the time of cutting the bar 3, and an escape hole 6 at the time of cutting a lead terminal 5 are provided. Thus, the leads can be thinned at an arbitrary position by modifying only the frame. |
