Baby's teething ring assembly method, includes placing the rattle inside the bite ring. Bench mounted sliding blocks are used to squeeze the ring into an oval shape, after which the rattle or ball is positioned such that after releasing the ring to its circular shape, the ball is kept located by the pins. The bite ring (27) has two stepped tapering pins, mounted diametrically opposite each other. The ring is then squeezed into an oval shape by being clamped between fixed and sliding jaws. When correct oval shape is reached the ball or rattle (32) is positioned between the pins (33,34). The rattle or ball will then engage over the pins. |
