PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive ultraviolet-ray erasable EPROM without loss of ultraviolet ray emitting effect to the EPROM by molding the EPROM with transparent plastic. CONSTITUTION:An ultraviolet-ray erasable EPROM 2 is associated together with wirings 3 with leads 1. The EPROM 2 and the wirings 3 are molded with transparent plastic 4. Thus, the inexpensive EPROM 2 can be obtained without loss of ultraviolet ray emitting effect to the EPROM 2. |
