PURPOSE:To assemble a case unit by an automatic machine by fitting a claw chip to be disengaged from an engaging hole in accordance with the vibration of a plate body to the plate body and connecting a spring for exciting the plate body in the engaging direction of the claw chip with the engaging hole between the plate body and one case. CONSTITUTION:When a tonque chip 94 is depressed into the arrow C direction against the excitation of the spring 10, the plate body 9 is rotated around projections 17, so that the claw chip 93 is disengaged from the engaging hole 24 of a projection 23 and released and an upper case 1 is upward opened around the horizontal shaft 16 by the excitation of a balancer 3. When the opened upper case 1 is depressed downward, the claw chip 93 is abutted upon the projection 23, climbs over the projection 23 against the excitation of the spring 10 and is engaged with the engaging hole 24 by the excitation of the spring 10 so as to be locked. Consequently, the case unit can be assembled by the automatic machine.
