PURPOSE:To facilitate the control by clarifying the details in the change by storing and displaying as well the changed contents for the change of the set values at the running rise time and adjusting time or the external factor changing time while under production running. CONSTITUTION:An operator designates the set item to be changed by an input key board 8 in case of the need for changing the set value being caused in a certain state of a machine. When new data are inputted by an input key board 8, the data of the designated item are re-written in new data, the old data are cancelled and the latest set value is displayed at all times. At this point the new data inputted in a memory unit 4 are newly registered and the old data are registered as old data. A printer 7 records the changing details of the set value with their printing out. The accumulation of the know-how is therefore enabled.
