PURPOSE:To reduce man-hours largely by continuously conducting the contact- bonding connection and cutting separation of a metallic small-gage wire in the same process. CONSTITUTION:A metallic small-gage wire 10 contact-bonded and connected by a capillary 9 is contact-bonded and connected with a metallized section 11 for adjustment under normal conditions. The small-gage wire 10 is contact- bonded and connected with a metallized section 12 for matching, making conditions added to the capillary 9 less than the metallized section 11. The small-gage wire 10 is thermally cut. A capillary 13 for removal is lowered perpendicularly from a section just above the position of contact bonding, and a metallic terminal wire 15 generated when the small-gage wire 10 is connected is induced into a through-hole 14 shaped at the center of the capillary 13. The strength of a vacuum in the capillary 14 is increased, and the terminal 15 is sucked and cut. Accordingly, man-hours can be reduced largely. |
