PURPOSE:To obtain the maximum magnetic energy product, and to reduce the variation of magnetic characteristics by conducting the pulverization of the manufacturing processes of rare earth elements mainly comprising neodymium, iron and a boron group by a jet mill and adjusting fine powder to mean particle size of 2.5-5.0mum. CONSTITUTION:A fine powder type intermetallic compound magnet is manufactured, using rare earth elements mainly comprising neodymium, iron and boron as essential constituents. A process in which a compound is adjusted to the fine powder of mean particle size of 2.5-5.0mum by a jet mill is provided at that time. Accordingly, the maximum magnetic energy product is acquired, and the fluctuation of magnetic characteristics is reduced. |
