PURPOSE:To form an adhesive layer of uniform thickness without foams by pressure adhering a protection cover after applying an adhesive with centrifugal force under vacuum condition. CONSTITUTION:A disk 11 and a disk protection cover 12 are put into a vacuum chamber 14 and faced each other through a fixed clearance, and are rotated to the same direction under a condition of the chamber 14 being vacuum. Next, a fixed quantity of adhesive 15 is supplied over the disk 11 out of the center hole 13 of a protection core 12, and said adhesive 15 spreads outward uniformly from the center of the disk 11 by centrifugal force and coating is effected all over without generating foams. Then, while drawing a vacuum is going on, the disk 11 and the disk protection cover 12 are stopped and the disk protection cover 12 is pressurized downward and adhered to the disk 11.
