PURPOSE:To extend a history period even by a small storage capacity, and to raise the probability by which effective information is stored, by counting in advance the number of times of a timing until the contents of information being a history object are varied, allowing the information being the history object to generate and storing it in a history information storage device by only the varied timing. CONSTITUTION:As for a counter 30, a coincidence signal on a signal line 500 is counted up extending over a period of '1', and accordingly, by a timing N, a value of the counter 30 becomes N-2. As for an address register 40, a coincidence signal on the signal line 500 is counted up in a period of '0', and in a period of '1', updating is inhibited. Also, in case the coincidence signal on the signal line 500 is '0', the contents of a history information register 20 and the counter 30 are written to a storage device 10. That is to say, by a timing '1', a timing '2', and the timing N, the contents X of the history information register 20, the contents A of the history information register 20, and the contents B of the history information register 20 and the contents (N-2) of the counter 30 are written, respectively.
