PURPOSE:To prevent drooling of coating material in and after working by mixing foaming agent, foaming and spray coating in coating of rust-proof agent. CONSTITUTION:Rust-proof agent A, foaming agent 13 and surface-active agent, if necessary, and the like are filled in a bomb 1 of an aerosol sprayer and kept mixed. Said mixture is sprayed over the vertical face of the material 7 to be coated from a nozzle 6 installed at the end of an injection gun 5, and the foaming agent, liquid or solid in a low temperature or under pressure, turns into gas at the moment of being sprayed and generates foams with the surface tension of rust-proof agent and additive content to prevent drooling of rust-proof agent. As the foams disappear, viscosity of rust-proof agent is increased and a rust-proof film which does not drool after coating is formed.
