PURPOSE:To obtain a superconducting coil effectively by spirally winding a wire, to which a metallic element for forming a superconducting compound is compounded, on a spool having double structure and forming the superconducting compound to the wire through heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:A spool 1 having double structure is constituted of an outer frame 2, which has flanges at both ends of a winding drum and can be overhauled, and an inner frame 3 in which thin flanges along the inner surfaces of the flanges for the outer frame 2 are attached at both ends of a thin winding drum held onto the winding drum. A wire to which a metallic element for forming a superconducting compound is compounded is wound spirally on the spool 1, and the superconducting compound is shaped in the wire rod through heat treatment. Clearances among the wire rod are impregnated and buried with a curing resin, and the outer frame 2 is overhauled and removed. Accordingly, a superconducting coil is acquired effectively. |
