PURPOSE:To form a coated film without pinholes and foams by coating the surface of base material with coating solution composed of fluorine resin, fluorine family solution, alcohol and the like and then heating up to a specified temperature. CONSTITUTION:A coating solution composed of 0.2-7wt% of flourine resin containing perfluoroalkyl as main component, 93-99.8wt% of ethane chloride flouride (for example, trichlorotrifluooroethane), aromatic carbon hydride or 3-50wt% of alcohol, is prepared. Said coating solution is spread on such articles as printing base, tip parts, integrated circuit and the like, dried and formed into a coating film. By said process, a uniform film of superb electrical insulation properties and chemical resistance is prepared.
