发明名称 ELECTRIC ANTICORROSIVE METHOD FOR STRUCTURE MADE OF METAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent corrosion of a structure made of metal by providing an electrically-conductive cover via an electrolytic cover to the part of the structure made of metal exposed to the atmosphere which is extended into seawater from the atmosphere and furthermore providing an auxiliary electrode into seawater from the latter and providing a galvanic anode to the part of the structure made of metal present in seawater. CONSTITUTION:The part of the following steel pipe pile and steel sheet-pile 1 exposed to the atmosphere on seawater at nearly high tide is clarified which are astride provided to the atmosphere large in corrosion due to the sea sprays from seawater and a mortary coating material 2 which is added with organic resin or the like and excellent in adhesive properties is injected and welded in 2-3mm thickness. An electrically- conductive cover 3 consisting of urethane epoxy resin binder contg. an electrically- conductive filter such as graphite powder, Ni powder and Zn powder is coated in 300-500mum thickness thereon. An auxiliary electrode 6 consisting of anticorrosive metal such as Ti and Ta is hung into sea from the cover 3 and also a galvanic anode 4 consisting of Al alloy or the like is welded on the steel pipe pile 1 and thereby the surface corrosion of the steel pipe pile 1 in the corrosive environment is prevented.
