<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate plasma treatment or flame treatment so as to manufacture a curtain rail, the inner surface of which is clad with the flocking or pasting of cloth, by a method wherein a box-shaped body or a body with a C-shape is cross section is molded in the state developed nearly in a plane. CONSTITUTION:A box-shaped body 1 is molded in the shape developed nearly in a plane. In the above-mentioned state, plasma treatment, flame treatment or corona discharge treatment is applied onto the inner surface of the developed box-shaped body. Then, after adhesive is spread, the inner surface is flocked or pasted with cloth or sheet and then the box-shaped body is shaped by bonding a joint 3 after being bent at hinges 2 and 2'. In this case, the cloth or sheet is preferably worked in the same shape as that of the inner surface of the box is advance. The plasma treatment, flame treatment or the like may well be performed under normal conditions by means of a normally used device.</p> |
