PURPOSE:To enable protection of a tubular resilient body contained in a equipment which radially expands and shrinks by the effect of pressure fluid to generate expanding force axially, from external atmosphere by making the tubular resilient body out of porous material. CONSTITUTION:A knitted-type reinforced construction body is disposed on the external surface of a tubular resilient body 1 made of flexible material, and said construction body 2 is molded from a expansion-resisting reinforced element made of organic or inorganic high-tension fiber or similar type fiber. The nipple 5 of each of opposed closing members 3 is engaged in the tubular resilient body 1 at both the opposite openings thereof and has a caulking cap 4 attached on the externals face of the nipple 5 to have the closing members 3 engaged and clamped tightly to the said resilient body 1. Each of the closing members 3 has a connection hole 11 communicated with the center hole 10 formed through each of said members 3, and has a fittings 12 around the hole 11. When internal pressure of the tubular resilient body 1 increases, said body 1 expands radially to generate axial shrinking force and to then force internal fluid out of the tubular resilient body 1, whereby protecting said body 1 from external atmosphere.
