PURPOSE:To automatically control an outlet oil pressure to achieve an accurate oil pressure control by introducing a signal oil pressure so as to energize a spool in the reverse direction against a spring, and further introducing an output oil pressure so as to energize the spool in the same direction as the spring. CONSTITUTION:In a valve body 1, a spool 2 having two lands 2a and 2b is slidably arranged, and further on the left end part of the spool 2, a spring 3 which always energizes the spool 2 in the right direction is arranged. In addition, to the valve body 1, a right end port 4 to which a signal oil pressure Ps is introduced from a solenoid valve 10, a drain port 5, an output port 6 from which an output oil pressure Pout is introduced to an oil pressure chamber 32, and an input port 7 to which a line pressure PL is introduced are provided. And the solenoid valve 10 opens or closes, by means of a needle 14, an opening 13 in a branch oil path 12 which connects an oil path 11 introducing the line pressure PL to the input port 7 with the right end port 4.
