<p>PURPOSE:To enable an automatic train controller to be operated with safety even when the controller is out of order and is released, by limiting the torque command of a power converter with a release signal of the automatic train controller. CONSTITUTION:In a normal state, by load-bearing signal, current patterns are produced at a current pattern generating section 6, and maximum permeability command produced at a maximum permeability generating section 3 by the current patterns and notching command from a main controller 1 is compared with actual current by a comparing amplifier 7, and the output of the result is generated as permeability by a phase device 8. When an automatic train controller gets out of order and an automatic train controller release switch 2 is pushed and the input of release signal is provided, then the maximum permeability command is switched automatically to maximum permeability produced at a maximum permeability generating section 4 on release, at a normal release switching section 5.</p> |
