发明名称 CONTAINER FOR HOLDING ANODE BALL
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a container having excellent corrosion resistance in electroplating of solder, etc., by using a specifically composed Ni alloy to constitute the container which holds anode balls in a borofluoride bath and has through- gaps in the wall part thereof. CONSTITUTION:The Ni alloy which contains, by wt%, 13-30% Cr, 5-20% Mo, 2-25% Fe, <=0.05% C and 0.1-10% 1 or >=2 kinds among W, Cu, Mn, Co, and Nb at need and consists of the balance Ni and inevitable impurities is formed to a metallic wire shape. Such wire-shaped alloy is woven to a wire net, from which the container having the gap parts sized about 10-20mm length on one side on the wall part is manufactured. The anode balls are put into such container and electroplating of solder or tin is executed in the borofluoride bath. Since the container has the excellent corrosion resistance to the borofluoride vessel, the plating film having high purity is formed without contaminating the plating bath or plating film which different elements.
