PURPOSE:To improve the iron loss characteristics and tensile strength of a soft magnetic steel sheet by specifying the amounts of Si, W, Mo, Ti, Mn, Ni, Co and Al in the steel sheet and regulating the surface roughness of the steel sheet to a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:This soft magnetic steel sheet consists of, by weight, 2.5-7% Si, <=20% in total of one or more among 0.05-3% W, 0.05-3% Mo, 0.05-3% Ti, 0.1-11.5% Mn, 0.1-20% Ni, 0.5-20% Co and 0.5-13% Al and the balance Fe and has <=0.4mum average surface roughness Ra. |
