发明名称 HOT ROLLING METHOD FOR GRAIN ORIENTED SILICON STEEL SHEET
摘要 PURPOSE:To effectively prevent ear cracking occurred at hot rolling and improve product yield by shaping width side ends of silicon steel slug while vibrating press jigs arranged at positions of inlet or/and exit side of finish rolling mill in plate width direction without applying draft in width at hot rolling the slug. CONSTITUTION:Silicon steel slag contg. 2.5-5.0wt% Si is heated to 1,300-1,420 deg.C, then hot rolled. In this case, the silicon steel slug is shaped while applying vibration to press jigs arranged to positions at inlet or/and exit side of finish rolling mill in plate width by oil hydraulic actuator composed of piston and piston ring without substantially applying draft in width. As the result, ear cracking is effectively prevented with a compact equipment, and improvements in product yield and working efficiency can be aimed.
