<p>PURPOSE:To shorten length of a peeled film discharging conveyor as well as to make a setting floor space smaller, by setting up each peeled film housing vessel in an upper position at the substrate carry-in side little nearer than a film separating position in a conveying passage for a substrate. CONSTITUTION:Each of peeled film housing vessels 7A and 7B is set up at the carry-in side of a printed circuit board 1 little nearer than a film separating position in a conveying passage for this printed circuit board 1, namely, an upper position at the front side little nearer than a separating angle setting plate 5 and a film carry-out mechanism 6, respectively. Thus, since these peeled film housing vessels 7A and 7B are set up in the upper position at the carry-in side of the printed circuit board 1 little nearer than the film separating position in the conveying passage for the printed circuit board 1, length of a peeled film discharge conveyor of the film discharge mechanism 6 can be shortened to some extent. In addition, since these vessels 7A and 7B are set up the upper position of the conveying passage for the substrate 1 and formed into a three- dimensional structure, the setting floor space can be made smaller than ever before.</p> |
