PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a device for delivering a photosensitive material from a light shielding magazine and forming an image by cutting off an exposure fogging part of the photosensitive material arranged near a delivery port by a prescribed length and discharging the cut part from a carrier. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive material 54 is stored in the light shielding magazine 53. After loading the magazine 53, the unnecessary part fogged with light out of the photosensitive material 54 is drawn out from the magazine 53, sent to the carrier 101, detected by a sensor 92 and cut off with a cutter 57 by the prescribed length. The carrier 101 is reversed and the unnecessary photosensitive material 54 is sent to a carrier 103 through a branch point A and recovered to a receiving box 135. Then, the unfogged photosensitive material 54 is drawn and cut off with the cutter 57 by the prescribed length. The cut part is exposed by an exposing part 40 through the carrier 101 and the leading edge part of the cut photosensitive material 54 is reached to a stocker 102 to expose the rear edge part. Then, the carrier 101 is inverted and the photosensitive material 54 is sent to a developing/fixing processing part 24 through a branch point B.
