PURPOSE:To suppress the quantity of reflected light beams from the slanted raised wall surface of a saw-tooth projection part to a visual field and to improve visibility by slanting the raised wall surface by specific angle to a perpendicular to the flat surface on a back surface side. CONSTITUTION:The back surface side of the transparent plate 1 formed of a colorless transparent material or colored transparent material, i.e. the display surface side of a display device is formed into a flat surface 2. Further, the saw-tooth projection part 5 whose top surface side consists sectionally of a transparent surface 3 slanting by a set angle alpha to the flat surface 2 and the raised wall surface 4 formed almost at right angles to the flat surface 2 is formed in a parallel line shape. then, the tilt angle theta of the raised wall surface 4 to the perpendicular to the flat surface 2 is set below an angle satisfying at least an expression. Consequently, the glaring preventing function is improved to the improve the visibility.
