Products of formula I: <IMAGE> in which R represents especially: H or optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl and aralkyl radicals or alkoxy, carboxyl, dialkylamino and trialkylsilyl radicals, R6 and R7 represent especially either, together, a cyclopropyl or R6 = H and R7 = R1, R1 = H, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl or acetylthio, R2 = CH3 or ethyl, X and Y represent especially - either X = OH and Y = CH2CH2CO2M or CH2CH2CH2OH, - or X and Y together represent <IMAGE> - or X = OH and Y = H or R4, R4 = alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl, n = 1 when R2 is in position alpha and n = 2 when R2 is in position beta , process for their preparation, their application as medicaments and the pharmaceutical compositions which contain them.
