The subject of the invention relates to the technical sector of hive equipment. The frame is noteworthy in that it comprises, directly from moulding and in one single mould, two symmetrical parts P1-P2, separated by a central zone P3 which is shaped so as to constitute an articulation, a hinge or any other means of prefolding, a comb foundation 9 being placed on one of the parts P1 or P2 which are arranged to this end, the said two parts being exactly superimposed when folded, enclosing the comb foundation, in order to constitute a frame which is rigid, cannot be deformed, and can be adapted to hives of all types.
