NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I (R1 is alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or hetero ring; X is H, halogen, carboxyl, alkoxycarbonyl or aryloxycarbonyl). EXAMPLE:5-Amino-3-ethoxy-4-ethoxycarbonylpyrazole. USE:An intermediate for synthesizing a photography coupler of 1H-pyrazolo[3,2- c]-S-trizole type shown by formula II [R' is (substituted) alkyl or (substituted) phenyl] or of 1H-pyrazol[1,5-b]-1,2,4-triazole type shown by formula III (R='), especially a magenta coupler. PREPARATION:A 5-amino-4-cyano-3-ethoxypyrazole shown by formula IV is dissolved in ethanol, heated with hydrochloric acid and then neutralized with NaOH to give a compound shown by formula I when X is ethoxycarbonyl. |
