<p>A sorting table 10 mounted at an angle to the horizontal plane, with a lower part 11 and an upper part 12, form part of an apparatus for sorting refuse, especially household refuse. The sorting table as a whole or longitudinal segments thereof perform rotational movements whilst essentially maintaining their orientation in relation to the horizontal plane. A feed element 20 designed as a vibrating table has an outlet part 21 designed with fingers 22, which are essentially aligned in the direction of movement of the material. The said fingers form gaps between them, which allow items with smaller dimensions than the gap width to pass and fall down on to the sorting table 10. At least parts of the gaps are situated above the bottom part of the table, which forms a larger angle with the horizontal plane than the upper part of the table. <IMAGE></p> |
