The scope of the invention covers all sectors involving energy and heating activities and all mechanical and toy industries, etc. The device comprises a number of rotating mobile weights 6 which descend on one side through half of a vertical wheel 1 with cages at symmetrical intervals and spiral ascents or a rotating inclined plane, thus establishing an uninterrupted cycle of rotation.
