PURPOSE:To improve the wear resistance and surface smoothness of a back coat layer and to improve running stability and electromagnetic conversion characteristic by incorporating an org. compd. having -CH=CHCOOH and benzene ring in one molecule and having 130-238mol.wt. into the back coat layer. CONSTITUTION:A cinnamic acid and cinnamic acid deriv. are used as the org. compd. having -CH=CHCOOH and benzene ring in one molecule and 130-238 mol.wt. to be used. Said acid and deriv. have conjugated double bonds in the molecule, have small mol.wt., deposit well on the surface of a packing agent and have good affinity to a binder resin. Since the org. compd. having -CH= CHCOOH and benzene ring in one molecule and 130-238mol.wt. has a lubricating effect, the coefft. of friction is decreased and the running stability is improved without deteriorating the electromagnetic conversion characteristic. |
