The reproducing processing control mechanism 2 generates a cylinder and a track address executing I/O, the table from the device 1 is referenced and the cylinder and track address generated in the inside and the cylinder and track address in the table are coincident in this case, then the I/O control mechanism 3 issues an instruction to write an ineffective identifier shown in format example 9, and the I/O control mechanism 3 issues the instruction writing an effective identifier in the part 9 if dissident. The I/O control mechanism 3, if a fault takes place, uses the substitution processing mechanism 7 to execute the substitution processing and when no fault exists, the control takes over to the re-output processing control mechanism 2, and the processing is given to the next track.
